      During periods of frequent weather changes, it can easily make the body sick. Especially young children and the elderly because of low immunity. Risk of sickness related to respiratory system, flu and air allergy. Here is 6 ways to take care of yourself so that you don't get sick easily in rainy season.
  • Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep your body temperature stable.
  • Eat foods prepared with Thai herbs such as ginger, galangal, lemongrass and basil to increase body temperature.
  • Eat seasonal vegetables and fruits such as eggplant, lemon, peas, acacia, banana, grapefruit, and rambutan to reduce the chances of colds and increase immunity in the body.
  • Exercise regularly, such as jogging 3-5 days a week for 30 minutes a day
  • Get enough sleep for 6-8 hours a day. Younger children should sleep 11-14 hours and older adults should sleep 7-8 hours a day.
  • Bring an umbrella and raincoat to prevent the body from getting wet in the rain and reduce the risk of getting colds.
