Ratchasima Hospital providing services for prevention, health promotion and rehabilitation with physical therapy techniques, exercise programs and physical modalities, such as ultrasound therapy, electrical stimulator, cervical and lumbar traction, radial shock wave and high power laser therapy.

- Musculoskeletal disorders : Office syndrome, muscle and joint pain or stiffness, injury from work or sports, spondylosis, herniated disc, piriformis syndrome, neuropathic pain and pre/post operations
- Neurological disorders : Stroke and Spinal cord injury
- Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory disorders : Heart diseases, Secretion retention, Atelectasis by Percussion and Vibrations with postural drainage techniques and suction
- Pediatric disorder : Neurodevelopmental treatment for cerebral palsy
- Others : Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)
