Overview
Ratchasima Hospital, together with the National Health Security Office, recognizes the impact of cataract on the quality of life of local residents and those living in Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Buriram, and Chaiyaphum. To address this issue, we had initiated the Cataract Surgery Royal Project by collaborating with local administrative organizations, community hospitals, and public health centers to conduct cataract screenings in local communities. Those with cataracts will be transferred to Ratchasima Hospital to receive timely treatment and surgery.
Apart from the cataract surgery project, we also offer comprehensive eye care services to patients. We employ high-quality diagnostic devices to ensure accurate test results, as well as recruiting a team of experienced ophthalmologists to provide patients with access to specialty care for a wide spectrum of eye conditions. In addition, our operating rooms for cataract surgery have been designed to ensure that all surgical procedures are carried out smoothly, resulting in favorable surgical outcomes.
