  • Eye Rolling: When you feel your eye muscles getting tired while working, relax them by rolling your eyes left to right, then switch to rolling up and down. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times.

  • Eye Sit-Ups: If you have some time, close your eyes and look up and down for a moment, then open your eyes and scan the room for about a minute. Repeat, but this time roll your closed eyes left to right for another minute, then open them and look around again.
