Nakhon Ratchasima Employee Training Academy in Affiliation with Ratchasima Hospital

Nakhon Ratchasima Employee Training Academy in affiliation with Ratchasima Hospital was established with the sole purpose to create and develop high-quality healthcare workforce. The academy has been operating since August 1, 2001 and offers a variety of training programs. One of its featured programs is Nanny and Caregiver/Nursing Assistant (NA) Training Program, which is under the supervision of the Ministry of Education pursuant to License No. 1/2544. The program is conducted according to relevant standards and has been able to successfully develop quality healthcare personnel each year. With respect to the overview of the program, it is a long-term training course with 6 months (480 hours) of training in a form of hospitality education.

The program comprises 3 months of theoretical learning and 3 months of practical training, during which trainees will have the opportunity to obtain hands-on learning experience from various departments in Ratchasima Hospital. In addition, the course instructors consist of experienced medical specialists from the hospital who will work closely with trainees to provide knowledge and professional advice.
